We are currently looking for a:
Motorsport Mechanical Engineerto join a high-performance engineering environment focused on chassis and body development for advanced racing applications. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about hands-on design and product development, working on cutting-edge motorsport and high-performance vehicle programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesComponent Development & Design:Design and develop chassis and/or body components (suspension, structures, mounts)Contribute to component evolution based on performance targetsImplement engineering changes and continuous design improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to refine mechanical solutionsVehicle Integration & Performance:Support integration of components at vehicle levelContribute to achieving performance targets (handling, durability, vehicle dynamics)Work closely with vehicle dynamics, powertrain, and aero teamsSupport prototype builds and development activitiesData Analysis & Continuous Improvement:Analyze data from testing and track activitiesSupport root cause analysis of performance issuesTranslate data insights into engineering actions and design updatesContribute to continuous product and performance improvement.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar2-5 years of experience in automotive product developmentExperience in chassis and/or body component developmentStrong understanding of mechanical systems (suspension, structures, materials)Experience with CAD tools (CATIA, NX or similar)Understanding of vehicle-level behavior and system interactionsExperience with component design, release, and engineering changesMotorsport or high-performance vehicle experience is a strong plus.
