Our client, a leading global company in its field, is looking for a Legal Entities Controller. The Candidate will be part of the Finance Team, playing a key role in the Group controlling activities related to the subsidiaries: from setting up new Legal Entities to supervising the normal running activities. She/He will be in charge of the following activities : Support the activities of the Country Finance Managers in financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting Support the Country Finance Managers in the application of the Group procedures Support the subsidiaries senior controller being a point of contact among the subsidiaries and all the Group's Departments for all the Finance topics Monitor key KPIs related to the subsidiaries Play a key role in the setting up of the new Legal Entities following all the Finance activities Provide ad hoc analysis for strategic decisions, including cash flow, working capital and liquidity Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, efficiency, and standardization across subsidiaries Support in implementing ERP and reporting systems ensuring that they are properly used and aligned with the Group standards. Knowledge, skills and Abilities The ideal candidate should have a Master University Degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering. An MBA is a plus. Previous experience in an audit company or as an accountant in a multinational Company. Good knowledge of IFRS. SAP and Oracle proficiency is a plus. Advanced level of English (B2/C1) and excellent Excel knowledge is essential.
