L2 Onsite IT Technician
to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.
What about your responsibilities? Resolve escalated L2 incidents related to Windows, Office 365, VPN, network connectivity, and business applications
Perform device imaging, configuration, and deployment using standard tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Autopilot).
Support user account management (Active Directory, Azure AD) Support office IT infrastructure
Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
Good English and fluent Italian 2 years of IT support experience within large corporations
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) Communicative and supportive attitude
Familiarity with ticketing system
Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
