THE ROLE
You’ll own the full IT and communications landscape across our properties, working closely with our external IT service provider while serving as the internal expert our teams rely on. This is a hands‑on, senior role: equal parts strategy, operations, and day‑to‑day problem solving.
Your core responsibilities will include:

- Systems administration and operation across all IT and communication platforms
- Coordinating and following up on user administration and support with our IT service provider
- Managing and maintaining front‑office systems (Protel Air Cloud PMS), telephone systems (3CX), and point-of‑sales systems (iSelz)
- Managing electronic lock systems (VDA), back‑office systems (Sage, Datev), and office automation and email (MS O365)
- Supporting guest Wi‑Fi services and managing servers, PCs (Mac and Windows), and mobile devices
- Maintaining local and wide area networks, video systems, and digital signage
- Ensuring IT security, policy compliance, and data integrity across all systems
- Staying current with technology trends and proactively recommending improvements
- Providing second and third‑level support through the IT service provider and internal channels
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You bring at least five years of hospitality IT experience and know the systems that run a luxury property inside out. You’re comfortable owning a wide remit independently, communicating clearly with non‑technical colleagues, and escalating the right things at the right time.
Specifically, you have:
