You will answer essential business questions to gain a competitive advantage and capitalize on new product and communication opportunities. Acting as a business partner, this role is crucial in propelling brands forward using brand health monitoring, innovation projects, and communication strategies. The CMI Lead will inspire, shape, and influence the mid- to long-term strategy of brands, while guiding marketing teams in developing brand-building and activation initiatives. A day in the life of the Italian Premium Brands CMI Lead Strategic business partner to the Brand, Communications, and Innovation teams, including answering essential business questions Passionately drives understanding of consumers through strong focus and ability to connect insights from multiple sources: Behavioral Neuroscience, social, HHP, etc. Leads the execution of the brands research plan, deepening consumer understanding, validating I&R concepts, or creative and communication testing Champions brand health, driving brand health monitoring across key Italian international brands and markets Keeps a pulse on the environment & connects data to act as a Strategic Planner.
