PAdecco Italia SpA, for a Multinational Company based in Italy, is looking for a: /ppbr/ppGlobal RD Packaging Innovation Specialist /ppbr/ppThe position will play a crucial role in supporting the Global RD Team and you will be responsible for leading packaging development and innovation initiatives, managing multiple project in dynamic and multinational environment. /ppbr/ppbr/ppMain Activities: /pulliAnalysis of the project briefs in the PLM platform; /liliScouting of Innovative Packaging solutions; /liliDefinition of primary packaging alternatives in partnership with suppliers, in order to have support for developments; /liliShelf life tests on the Primary Packaging; /liliDefinition of secondary packaging and end of line (shipper, pallet plan, etc.); /liliSamples preparation and cost evaluation; /liliCoordinate the execution of the New Product Developments and sustainable projects pipeline across the manufacturing countries; /liliGuarantee the implementation if the projects in collaboration with interfunctional team; /liliTechnical sheet and packaging specification preparation. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements: /pulliEducation: Master Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry or similar; /liliWork Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a similar role; /liliTechnical Skills: Good knowledge of packaging development preferably in Food Industry; /liliLanguage: Proficiency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is nice to have; /liliAvalilability to travel; /liliGood knowledge of circular economy principles; /liliAbility to lead multiple projects. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppWhat's in for you: /pulliWork location: Cermenate, Italy /liliContract type: Permanent /liliWorking Hours: Full Time /liliRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available /li /ul
