This is a full time, fully remote position based in either Italy or Spain, paying an annual salary of €30,000-€32,000 per year.

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Distribution Specialist to join our B2B Operations Team.
In this role, you will work closely with our Development Team to onboard and support OTA partners and third-party resellers. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining API integrations, assisting with new product uploads and updates to existing listings, troubleshooting invoicing issues, and ensuring our distribution partners receive the support they need to drive increased sales performance.
This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with technical platforms and managing professional partner relationships. The successful candidate will bring a high-energy, “can-do” attitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and feel confident taking ownership of their responsibilities while working both independently and collaboratively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support the onboarding and continuity of new API partners
* Work with channel managers (e.g., Ventrata) to ensure seamless integration with OTA partners
* Maintain accurate content, pricing, and availability across OTA platforms to maximise booking conversion
* Respond to partner queries related to API setup, pricing, and technical troubleshooting
* Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of digital partners on B2B operations and technical matters
* Provide ongoing feedback to the VP of Sales & Partnerships to help develop scalable solutions and improve process efficiencies
* Assist with Travel Agent issues and sales partners working on our B2B Portal
* Support additional ad-hoc tasks as required
Essential Requirements & Qualifications:
* Fluency in English
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inside sales or B2B sales/operations within the Travel & Tourism industry
* Experience within the tours, attractions, or activities sector is advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Working knowledge of Channel Managers and API integrations
* Understanding of OTAs and online distribution structures
* Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy
* Proactive, pragmatic approach with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Working Conditions & Shift Pattern:
Mon – Friday 9 – 5.30 CET
