About the role
We are looking for an Italian native speaker to join our team as a Freelance Community Manager (ideally based in Italy). You would be supporting one of our clients in the skincare space, a renowned global dermo-cosmetic brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor comments and messages across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for a global dermo-cosmetic brand.
* Respond to community interactions in Italian, maintaining a friendly and on‑brand tone.
* Ensure daily monitoring of conversations and audience sentiment.
* Native Italian speaker (ideally based in Italy).
* Experience in community management or social media moderation is a plus.
* Strong written communication and attention to detail.
* Ability to commit ~15 minutes per weekday and respond consistently from the laptop or computer
