Reporting directly to the Business Analyst, the Business Analyst Junior is responsible to: - Be the business partner on any financial topics - Provide appropriate management information - Ensure adherence to Group policies and procedures - Manage some cross Controlling projects / process MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Provide best support to the colleagues to understand their activity/performance, plan evolutions of their business, and assess and monitor the impact of their main projects, proactively highlighting risk and opportunities, and proposing corrective actions - Develop expertise in these business field - Support the Business Analyst for all necessary analysis - Support the BA and Management team during the Budget, Forecast and Planning process - Support the BA on managing the Reporting process and tools - Assist during month end with relevant data to analyze channel performances - Support to the preparation of management reports and Key Performance Indicators for local management and Group Finance - Grant data accuracy and reliability in accordance with Group policies and procedures - Collaborate with the Group Business Analysts - Share best practices with Group Business Analysts on all relevant topics - Provide financial training as required (budget preparation, cost allocation etc) - Optimize the collaboration and information flow among departments in the company QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: MUST: - Expert in the use of Excel and Powerpoint - Minimum of bachelor degree in Business Administration - Strong analytical mindset - Ability to manage large database - Finance acumen - Fluent English - Strong analytical mindset - Sense of confidentiality and objectivity PLUS - Previous experience in Controlling area - SAP - Microsoft PBI Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
