The intern will support the Regional Business Manager in strategic marketing initiatives and the definition of pricing guidelines, with the aim of ensuring the achievement of budget targets. Acting as a liaison between local markets and production plants, the intern will also contribute to the management of the product portfolio. Furthermore, the role involves active participation in new product development and launch processes, working closely with cross-functional teams, the Chinese Headquarters, and regional marketing teams.
Monitor market trends and analyze data to assess product category performance
Maintain and update product databases
Create and manage product codes
Support the development of commercial assets and sales materials
Conduct data analysis to support strategic decisions
Student in in Management/Economics, Marketing or similar fields
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel)
