What kind of work will you be doing?
* Designing solutions with the focus on the electrical aspects, collaborating with suppliers, procurement, and working in a multi‑disciplinary engineering team on sustaining and VAVE activities on thermal units.
* Creating and reviewing product documentation (CAD diagrams, specifications, bills of material).
* Meeting objectives of cost, quality, environment, and time of execution, achieving the best trade‑off between market and internal customer needs.
* Analyzing and resolving technical problems regarding products under responsibility; improving, updating, reviewing mechanical drawings according to information from the production, procurement, and logistics departments to simplify the assembly, reduce costs, and improve quality.
* Developing projects, preparing and distributing documentation for their realization, ensuring compliance with scheduled production time.
* Introducing changes on units in production and in other departments; cooperating in calculating the cost of electrical modifications, evaluating possible use of obsolete parts and looking for alternative materials.
* Providing information flow to production and suppliers; cooperating in solving electrical nonconformities and claims issues by the production and the final testing line to improve the final product.
What will make you successful?
* Knowledge of groundings of electro‑technique and of electric regulations, applied to electrical components.
* Capacity to take decisions for problem solving and knowledge of electrical components.
* Knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration principles is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of air conditioning/refrigeration products is required.
* Technical diploma of secondary school; technical university (electric and/or electronical qualification) is a plus.
* English – intermediate level (written and spoken); fluency is a plus.
* Competences: result‑oriented, team player, careful to details, flexibility.
* Attitude for teamwork; accuracy in drawing and operating in general.
* At least 3 years of design experience in the electro‑technical and conditioning sector, or in production of A/C; preferable but not essential.
* Knowledge of electrical CAD and Microsoft Office tools.
