Responsibilities
Overall management of Operations with a broader company perspective. Define and implement strategic objectives in the area, coordinate operational functions and achieve economic, financial and development goals. Plan short, medium and long‑term objectives. Supervise all company areas with a focus on Operations, especially Supply Chain. Ensure integrated planning between production, engineering and procurement. Achieve industrial, economic and profitability targets. Implement new processes, flows and KPIs; control industrial performance and optimize internal processes and organization. Develop intermediate leadership, empower managers and increase decision‑making autonomy. Promote a results‑oriented culture, transparent communication and inter‑functional teamwork.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering (Master and/or MBA preferred). 10–15 years of consolidated experience in a leadership role managing Operations (Plant and/or Supply Chain) in complex industrial and global markets. Experience in medium‑sized, complex organizations in global markets such as Defence/Space/Railway/Electromechanics. Strong experience in managing and optimizing internal Supply Chain.
