It’s a place to refine your craft in a creative environment and to shape your own path with autonomy and care. /p pstrong Acqua di Parma, where timeless craft meets vibrant spirit. /strong /p pstrong MISSION RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /pp As part of the Supply Chain Operations function, within the Quality and Packagind DevelopmentTeam at Acqua di Parma HQ, the Supplier Quality Compliance Specialist will ensure the exceptional quality and compliance of our niche brand’s packaging components and finished products conducting rigorous quality checks and ensure adherence to our stringent standards and ethical guidelines. /p p The key responsibilities are: /p ulli Perform comprehensive quality checks on packaging components and finished products during production at supplier and co-packer facilities /lili Identify and document any quality deviations, non-conformances, or potential issues, initiating appropriate corrective actions /lili Monitor and verify the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) /lili Observe and verify that suppliers and co-packers operate in strict accordance with industry best practices and standards to social and environmental aspects /lili Ensure full compliance with the signed code of conduct, as well as all relevant ethical and compliance standards /lili Assess supplier adherence to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles /lili Report any breaches or non-compliance issues to relevant internal stakeholders /lili Collaborate closely with the Purchasing, Supply Planning and Product Development team to assess new suppliers, monitor existing supplier performance, and manage supplier non-conformance issues /lili Work in conjunction with the Regulatory team to ensure all packaging materials and production processes comply with national and international industry standards and regulations. /li /ul pstrong REQUIREMENTS /strong /pulli Proven experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or packaging development, preferably within the luxury goods, cosmetics, or fragrance industry. /lili Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control techniques in various industries /lili Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP). /lili Experience with supplier auditing and managing non-conformances and CAPA activities. /lili Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to work in teams and in collaboration with external partners /lili Willing to travel frequently (80% of the time at supplier sites - mainly daily travel in North/Center Italy) /lili Fluent in English /li /ul pem Candidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016⁄679 (GDPR) available at the following link: /em /p
