Min. 0001 del 21/01/19), filiale di Roma, is seeking an OPERATION PLANNER for an important local company.The planner role involves two levels of activity: project planning (Project Planner Leader) and scheduling activities at a work center (Work Center Planner).Main Activities for the Project Planner Leader:Plan all internal and external activities starting from the delivery date requested by the customer, determining the project start date based on the delivery date and the product's MDP.Verify and possibly finalize planned orders or convert them into production orders for internal production items.Verify and issue purchase requests consistent with the defined plan.Update material master data as needed.Request production cycles, updates on work centers, and existing work cycles from engineering.Provide a rough schedule to Work Center Planners, identifying key dates for capacity leveling.Monitor project progress, addressing any backlog or delays.Provide periodic status updates to program management and participate in meetings.Collaborate with other Project Planner Leaders to resolve resource or supply bottlenecks.Manage and control the assigned project budget, simulating impacts on the project.Activities for the Work Center Planner:Define the scheduling of work center activities based on the overall schedule received from Project Planner Leaders.Issue necessary work orders and pick lists based on the schedule.Check the availability of necessary consumable materials.Advise production managers on capacity increases, outsourcing, and adjustments to manpower or machinery.Requirements:Graduates or undergraduates in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management Engineering.Knowledge of planning processes, scheduling, and material flow management.Familiarity with finite and infinite capacity planning systems.Preferred: APICS Certificate (CPIM).What We Offer:Flexible working hours.Company canteen.Welfare benefits.International environment.A workplace that embraces and values diversity.Contract: 12-month temporary agency contract.Level and Salary: Based on experience and skills, approximately B1 level of the metalworking CCNL, with RAL between €30,000 and €34,000.Location: Rome (RM).The advertisement is open to all genders, ages, and nationalities in accordance with applicable laws.
