Management of sales orders entry, updating, and invoicing.
Customer care and claims management as the main contact for foreign B2B clients.
Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
Previous experience in a similar role for at least 3 years (experience in a Food Company is a plus).
Bachelor's or master's degree in Foreign Languages, Economics, Social Sciences, or similar.
Fluent in Italian, English and French (Cefr C1 level).
High-level wrote and verbal communication skills.
Gathering and processing research data.
