Our last-mile team is seeking a customer-focused, analytically skilled business analyst to join us. This role involves bringing efficiencies and reducing costs through data analysis and visualization, supporting our growing Hub Delivery program in Europe. Amazon Hub Delivery enables local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible, cost-effective delivery services globally. This channel is experiencing exponential growth worldwide.
The successful candidate will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to optimize planning, execution, and process improvements, while tracking progress against goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and comfort working with technical systems and teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and experienced working with large datasets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing volume allocation and flow to partners and jurisdictions
* Aligning EU Hub Delivery and Sales & Operations teams to improve metrics through joint projects
* Developing queries and visualizations for ad-hoc and ongoing reports
Basic Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
* Experience with performance metrics, process improvements, or lean techniques, using data to drive improvements
* Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
* SQL experience in defining requirements and analyzing data for improvements

* Ability to influence without direct authority
* Experience with process improvements
