Company Description
We are looking for an HR Manager Retail for a major Fashion Company with HQ in Milan, Italy.
The candidate will be responsible for all HR-related tasks, with a strong focus on Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll, and Administration, as well as Legal Issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Retail Manager to support the business and implement the Store Business action plan
* Recruit and conduct screening interviews for store staff positions and make recommendations for new hires
* Contribute to expense control by managing payroll and forecast/budget process
* Participate in creating a collaborative environment and foster open and constructive communication with employees
* Manage HR disciplinary actions in partnership with Store and Retail Management
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Retail HR activities, preferably in the Fashion sector.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience in Retail HR activities – Fashion sector
* Ability to act according to the Brand values
