Strategic Account Manager –

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to develop and expand relationships with enterprise customers in the Energy sector. This role is responsible for driving long-term value creation across key accounts, ensuring customers fully adopt and scale Immensa’s Digital Inventory solutions. You will operate at the intersection of commercial engagement, account strategy, and stakeholder management, helping grow partnerships across multiple sites, business units, and operational teams. Working closely with Immensa’s commercial, technical, and operational teams, you will ensure Immensa is positioned as a trusted partner supporting critical supply chain and operational challenges.
Strategic Account Leadership • Build trusted relationships across engineering, operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams • Manage complex organisational dynamics across large industrial customers Long-Term Account Growth • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and Immensa’s growth objectives • Identify and prioritise expansion opportunities across additional sites, business units, and use cases • Ensure customers fully adopt and maximise the value of their Digital Inventory programmes • Coordinate with internal technical, operational, and delivery teams to support successful deployments • Maintain strong visibility into customer priorities, risks, and evolving operational challenges Support senior-level discussions, reviews, and planning sessions with customer leadership • Help resolve customer issues and coordinate internal resources when needed Account Intelligence & Expansion Strategy • Gather and synthesise account intelligence to identify strategic growth opportunities • Maintain disciplined forecasting and account planning processes
5–10 years’ experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or major account roles • Experience working with large organisations in Oil & Gas or Energy industry • Familiarity with spare parts management, MRO, asset management, or industrial operations • Strong commercial judgement with a partnership-first mindset • Structured and disciplined in account planning and forecasting • Successful adoption and expansion of Digital Inventory programmes • Growth of account revenue and share of wallet • Work on mission-critical industrial challenges with global industry leaders • Be part of shaping the future of Digital Inventory and distributed manufacturing • Operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and industrial transformation •
