Ensure alignment with growth objectives and cash conversion targets.\nEstablish a*rigorous S&OP; process**\nwith clear KPIs (bias, MAPE, OTIF), integrating demand and supply planning. Utilize scenario planning and finite capacity management to reduce stockouts and overstock while improving service levels and working capital efficiency.\nOptimize the*logistics network and 3PL partnerships**\n, designing warehouse and transportation footprints to balance cost and service levels. Negotiate SLAs and penalties while managing performance and continuous improvement initiatives impacting total supply chain cost.\nManage*strategic sourcing and vendor management**\nacross diverse product categories, with particular focus on suppliers and contract manufacturers in\n*China and Hong Kong (OEM/ODM)**\n. Qualify partners, balance nearshoring and offshoring strategies, and mitigate supply risks. Implement scorecards and improvement plans for quality, lead time, and ethical compliance.\nImprove*processes and systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, MRP)**\nby standardizing master data, product codes, and planning parameters. Lead automation and analytics initiatives to enhance end-to-end visibility and enable data-driven decision making.\nDefine*inventory strategies**\nby SKU and channel using\n*ABC/XYZ segmentation**\n, establishing dynamic min/max levels and safety stock policies. Reduce tied-up capital by improving fill rate, inventory rotation, and reducing obsolescence through assortment and promotional levers.\nDevelop and strengthen the*supply chain team**\n, clarifying ownership, capabilities, and succession planning. Build a culture of structured problem-solving, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with service, cost, and sustainability goals.\n*Essential Skills & Technologies**Strong experience in*S&OP; and Integrated Business Planning**\n, with measurable forecasting and service performance metrics. Ability to translate demand and supply scenarios into clear capacity, investment, and working capital plans.\nExpertise in*demand and supply planning, MRP, and inventory optimization**\n, including\n*ABC/XYZ modeling, safety stock calculations, and SKU-level planning policies**\n.
