You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption, accelerate growth, and remove objections in the sales cycle. Your expertise will showcase how AI‑enabled Field Service delivers measurable value to customers, from executives to frontline teams. * Evangelise the value of Salesforce Field Service to customers and executives
* Assess business requirements and articulate ROI and proposed solutions
* Develop and execute a technical sales strategy and tailored demonstrations
* Configure and demonstrate solutions reflecting client context
* Support/lead technical POCs and hands‑on workshops
* Propose architecture including call center and back‑office integrations
* Collaborate in a matrix organization with field sales, SEs, activation resources, and partners
* Lead enablement activities such as webinars and knowledge sharing
Responsabilità
* Deep functional understanding of field service/workforce management
* Strong communication and client‑facing consulting skills
* Team‑oriented and able to solve technical problems in varied environments
* Multi‑tasking in a demanding team setting with customer‑focused adaptability
* Prior experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect in CRM/WSM/AI or similar tech
* Knowledge of AI landscape, cloud technology, and related applications
* Application configuration experience tailored to customer needs
* Fluent in Italian and English
