Junior Business Consultant:
HSPI, a company within the TXT Group, is looking for a Business Consultant to join its Healthcare division.
The selected candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team on projects related to Electronic Health Records in public administration contexts or for regional healthcare system entities, both in Lombardy and in other regions of northern and central Italy.
Main responsibilities:
Participate in technology change and ICT Governance projects oriented to the digital transformation of processes to the introduction of electronic medical record platforms and IT applications in Health context;
Support analysis activities preparatory to the preparation of the EHR;
Parameterize and customize the EHR;
Support change within healthcare organizations through training and accompaniment in the use of the new tool.
Required skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Good knowledge of the English language (B1);
Minimum previous experience in the role (1–2 years).
Education: Degree in technical, scientific, engineering or business disciplines.
The ideal candidate is proactive, with strong communication, analytical, planning, and task management skills. Curious, assertive, and highly motivated to learn and grow!
