We are seeking curious, passionate and results-driven Firmware Engineers to design and develop high-impact embedded firmware for smart pumps and fans, helping make industrial systems more efficient and sustainable. /p pWe currently have openings for Mid-Senior and Senior Engineers to join our growing team and contribute directly to innovative, real-world solutions. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liModulation Algorithms : Develop and optimize automatic modulation algorithms for pumps / fans. /li liIndustrial Protocol Integration : Implement and manage Modbus RTU / TCP (multi-slave register handling), Profibus (inverter communication), and dynamic dictionaries for multiple inverter brands (ABB, Danfoss, Siemens, Wilo, Vacon, etc.). /li liReal-Time Firmware Development : Build FreeRTOS modules for data acquisition, task synchronization (semaphores / queues), health monitoring, and watchdog management. /li liMemory Performance Optimization : Optimize stack, heap, and dynamic memory (ESP32 PSRAM); profile and debug using ESP-IDF tools. /li liMathematical Computation : Parse and evaluate runtime functions (e.g., tinyexpr), perform binary searches for inverse solutions, handle multi-dimensional efficiency curves. /li liCollaboration : Work closely with hardware teams on integration and low-level debugging (JTAG, oscilloscope, logic analyzer). /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul li3+ years of embedded firmware development in C /li liDeep knowledge of FreeRTOS and multi-threaded programming /li liExperience with at least one industrial protocol (Modbus / Profibus / CANopen) /li liUnderstanding of pump / motor control systems /li liLow-level debugging, real-time system problem-solving, and rigorous testing mindset /li liOptimization for constrained memory ( /li liAbility to read and interpret technical inverter datasheets /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract /li li2 days per week remote work /li liFree company canteen /li liBe part of a diverse, dynamic, and innovation-driven team /li liA clear and progressive career plan /li liA real opportunity to work on a proprietary product with direct impact on energy efficiency and industrial sustainability /li /ul pWe’re building a high-performance team of thinkers and builders who value autonomy, depth, and excellence.
