About the Position We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the Body and Zonal Engineering Product Line team. This position is based at our office in Corbetta (or eventually Torino). Key Responsibilities Responsible for Engineering Development (except SW Area if a Software Project Manager is appointed) for Platform Developments. Lead and coordinate the engineering activities of assigned project(s) based on the Product, ensuring respect of Delivery, Quality and Cost targets. Report directly to the Head of the Body and Zonal Engineering Product Line. Contribute to early definition of the product during the Offer Phase. Be responsible for RFIs/RFQs based on platform developments. Manage projects with top‑down oversight throughout execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to scope, budget and timeline. Create and track Project Master Time Plan in collaboration with the Software Project Manager. Monitor project progress continuously and report on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables. Ensure delivery of MVPs, PoCs and platform achievements according to agreed time plans. Prepare and communicate weekly status reports to top management. Participate in benchmark analysis and transfer best design practices to the internal team. Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to identify problems, create solutions and implement efficiency improvements. Check and update reuse of standard components and solution availability. Review proposed modifications on project plans and implement beneficial changes. Propose Change Requests regarding product, technical, cost and scheduling impact towards Product Management. Lead the innovations process to secure deliverables on time. Agree with Product Evaluation department about verification and validation activities. Ensure best‑price BOM approach using internal tools and best practice. Oversee resource situation and provide related reports to EPL. Estimate system performance, defining and using suitable models to set optimal HW resources budget. Qualifications Electronic Engineering Degree, Information Science Degree, or equivalent. 3–5 years of experience in technical project management within the automotive field. Willingness to travel to customers, suppliers and Marelli locations involved. Other Skills That We Would Welcome Extensive leadership experience and strong teamwork abilities.
