Brand Specialist Deborah
.
Within the dedicated team, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of the Deborah brand, working alongside various business functions to implement product innovation and communication strategies.
What You Will Do
* Actively and proactively participate in the definition and implementation of marketing plans and communication strategy;
* Support the development of new products and definition of innovation plans in collaboration with the R&D department;
* Assist in the creation of communication materials for the assigned brand (artworks, advertisements, press ads, digital ads, POS materials, sales folders) in collaboration with the graphic team and external agencies;
* Analyze and monitor brand performance, product KPIs, and market data;
* Analyze brand performance in relation to sales and support forecast preparation;
* Create graphic presentations on brand development;
* Conduct competitor analysis, and contribute to risk and opportunity definition plans;
What We Are Looking For
* Degree in Marketing or Economics is preferred;
* Ideally 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role within Cosmetics or Personal Care companies;
* Strong interest in the Make-up, Beauty, and Personal Care sector;
Key skills: flexibility, creativity, and proactivity, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
