Ph3Overview /h3pThe Human Resources team is responsible for evolving our culture of Care and guiding with our behaviors of Respect, Integrity, Humility, Empathy, Creativity, and Fun! We are a business partner that collaborates with our Operations Teams to achieve our business goals. Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is looking for an HR Generalist that provides support and may supervise some functional areas of human resources including recruitment and employment, compensation, employee relations, health and safety, wellness and benefit programs, team member services, and special projects. This position will report to the Cluster Human Resources Manager based in Milan. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the administration, communication and reporting of the hotel's benefits program /liliSupervise the recruiting, selection and placement activities for nonexempt personnel; initiates and maintains relationships with outside sources (e.g., unions, colleges, student associations, employment agencies, recruiters, etc.) /liliResponsible for collecting and verifying employees' timesheets and other tasks relating to payroll process /liliUpdate and responsible for creating and implementing internal communications /liliEnsure that all necessary Human Resources paperwork and documentation is forwarded to all appropriate hotel departments in a timely manner /liliProvide project support through development and execution of key processes, events and initiatives /liliAssist in the planning, development, evaluation, implementation, and administration of human resources programs, policies, and procedures and their dissemination through the Human Resources policy manual, team member handbook, presentations, meetings, and other delivery methods /liliAssist the Cluster Human Resources Manager to ensure that team member relations activities happen on a regular basis (e.g., birthday cards, holiday events, Town Hall) /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliGeneral knowledge of employment laws and practices /liliExcellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with proficiency in Excel, and the ability to learn an HRIS system (Zucchetti) /liliVerbal/written skills and presentation skills /liliExcellent organizational skills /liliStrong interpersonal skills /liliAbility to balance multiple projects, prioritize, and solve problems /liliExperience working in a luxury hotel /liliHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or human resources certification preferred /liliAt least 3 years’ experience in the administration of Human Resources programs such as engagement, recruitment, and leave of absence administration /liliFluent in Italian and English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
