As Growth Manager you will lead expansion into new geographies, platforms, and sub-brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and accountability, likes building systems from scratch, is comfortable making fast decisions with incomplete data, and wants to own outcomes — not just ideas — while seeing the direct impact of their work.

Own commercial performance: revenue, profitability, and growth trajectory
Work cross-functionally with supply chain, compliance, design, and operations
Spot risks early and adapt fast
Build and own new sub-brands where needed
Proven 3+ years of experience growing ecommerce brands across markets or channels
Excellent commercial judgment: you know what to test, what to kill, and what to double down on
Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete data
Data-literate: you use numbers to guide decisions, not opinions
