We are seeking an experienced Branch General Manager to lead and expand our operations in Shanghai, driving business growth and strengthening our presence in the Chinese market.

This is a full-time position based in Shanghai.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
* Leading and managing the local branch, ensuring operational and commercial excellence
* Defining and executing strategic business plans aligned with corporate objectives
* Driving sales growth and expanding market share in China
* Managing key customer relationships and developing new business opportunities
* Overseeing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring
* Coordinating with headquarters and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and performance
* Representing the company in the local market, fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior management or branch leadership role
* Strong background in business development, sales strategy, and market expansion
* Mandatory experience in the power transmission sector (e.g., gearboxes or related technologies)
* Solid understanding xjrgpwk of the Chinese industrial market and business culture
* Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is considered a strong asset
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze KPIs, budgets, and profit & loss statements
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and international environment
