Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
* Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, including issues related to teaming, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
* Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by providing advice, designing compliance tools and policies, and conducting training.
* Work with Legal M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues, and coordinate merger filings globally, including responding to government inquiries.
This is a dynamic, fully virtual environment, so location is flexible.
