The role requires a high level of autonomy, strong coordination skills and the ability to operate with limited supervision from PPC, especially in advanced project phases.Key responsibilitiesCommercial PhaseSupport vendor qualification checks in coordination with Group Business ServicesSupport cost analysis activities together with Estimating and Purchasing DepartmentIssue and expedite NDAs and RFIsSupport the collection and expediting of Technical and Commercial OffersPrepare and update Inquiry Reports and simplified Commercial Bid HistoriesUpload procurement documentation in dedicated SharePoint areasProject Execution PhaseSupport the full procurement lifecycle from Material Requisition to delivery at site and PO close‐outEnsure proper filing and traceability of procurement documentationAct, when required and in coordination with SMM, as Buyer for minor Purchase Orders and amendmentsUpdate corporate Material Management databasesInterface with Vendors, Site Teams, Partners, Branches and internal functionsProvide timely feedback on procurement‐related critical issuesAdvanced Project Phase (Senior Role)Support Purchase Order review and amendments managementPerform contract administration activities, interfacing with administration departmentsManage back charges towards VendorsSupport the definition and application of Liquidated Damages, in coordination with xivgfpx PPC and administration department and contract procurementAdditional responsibilitiesProvide on‐the‐job training and operational support to junior procurement resourcesEnsure consistent use of Supply Chain Tools, standards and company methodologiesProfileSolid experience in project procurement, preferably in EPC environmentsAbility to work autonomously with limited supervisionStrong coordination and documentation skillsFamiliarity with contract administration and post‐order activitiesGood communication skills in an international project environment
