We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers in Emilia Romagna, providing technical support and conducting service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites.
* Provide on-site assistance to hospital customers, occasionally working weekends and overnight.
* Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to greater levels of technical support as needed.
* Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) or a Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma.
* An open willingness to travel in Emilia Romagna and a valid driving license.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Italian.
* The ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
