Business transformation specialist

In order to direct and drive Ammega’s transformation and create value, the company set up a Business Transformation Office (BTO) and M&A team.

This team consists of people with a combination of backgrounds in consulting, private equity, project management and industry. The head of the team reports directly to the CEO and the entire team has significant exposure to the company’s Board and to the PE fund, which gives the team a high leverage.

Within the BTO, we are establishing the team of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), to support in shaping and driving the company’s global commercial agenda. The team serves as a central partner for strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and performance improvement across sales, product line management, and customer operations.

As Business Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the team’s analytical, project management, and coordination activities. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership, contribute to high-impact projects, and develop a strong foundation in commercial strategy and transformation within a dynamic, international, private equity–backed environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market, customer, competitor, and internal analyses to support strategic decision-making.
2. Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to track performance against commercial priorities.
3. Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of key strategic and transformational initiatives.
4. Assist in preparing presentations, briefing materials, and updates for the CCO and leadership teams.
5. Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, operations, and finance to gather information and align initiatives.
6. Contribute to the identification of opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness and support organizational change.
7. Drive the execution of specific initiatives in cooperation with other team members and key executives from throughout the company.

Job Requirements

8. Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field.
9. 1–3 years of relevant experience in strategy, business analytics, transformation, or related areas (internships included).
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of ThinkCell and Power BI is an advantage.
11. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
12. Ability to convert complex topics into clear and concise information for stakeholders.
13. Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
14. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions, levels, and cultures.
15. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
