The resource will work in an international context and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing UniCredit Group network infrastructure as well as group Collaboration and Messaging solutions. She/He will work and coordinate all stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget and to ensure the best service KPIs to the business. What you'll be doing Implement and Manage Collaboration and Messaging systems (e.g. Microsoft 365 cloud services, Exchange Online hybrid environment management) Manage the Group network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Data Center and Cloud connectivity) based on business and technical requirements. Collaboration systems and Network Projects and Program Delivery including Budget planning and control Manage the integration of collaboration tools with enterprise communication systems, ensuring seamless and efficient communication across the organization. Support and Improve Group Network Operations, internal ITIL processes, driving automation initiatives to enhance efficiency. Ensure support in onboarding public cloud services, migration of on-premises applications and data to the cloud and reengineering of existing services. Define Guidelines and best practices for Network Infrastructure and Distributed IT solutions, Document network infrastructure architecture, processes, and procedures; Implement security measures to safeguard the network from external and internal threats. Engage with service providers to provide and optimize existing and new connectivity and collaboration services; Stay abreast of emerging technologies, and assess their applicability to the organization according to the Digital Strategy. What you'll need to succeed Collaboration and Workplace Services: Microsoft 365 Services, Collaboration Tools, End-User Device Management, Client PCs Strategy, Mobile Device Management, Hardware Certification Experience in managing SD-WAN solutions, Data Center Connectivity for efficient and flexible network services as well as international networking backbone for complex organisations. Strong understanding of network infrastructure technologies, advanced routing protocols and service configurations to optimize network performance. Experience with onboarding public cloud services, migrating on-premises applications to the cloud and consolidating complex data center footprint Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting collaboration tools such as video conferencing, messaging, and unified communication platforms. Lead and coordinate team of internal/external infrastructure engineers, providing guidance, and technical expertise. Ability to document network and collaboration infrastructure architecture, processes, and procedures. Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and occasional travel to support global operations. Fluent English Qualifications: Master degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in similar roles and similar organizations as a communication and collaboration engineer In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security, and best practices. Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco or equivalent are highly desirable. Experience with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
