How you’ll live your ambition: From our offices in Genoa, as a Hotel Controlling Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective cost management, working closely with the finance and Sea-Land Experience Operations teams. Demonstrate your passion: You will review and analyze the financial performance of Sea-Land Experience Operations to inform strategy. You will identify new opportunities and uncover blind spots through data and analytics, preparing and presenting financial reports and budget plans, highlighting key findings and recommendations. You will evaluate cost control measures and efficiency, supporting decision-making processes. Get things right: You will prepare business cases to support the company and develop cases related to CAR/Capex projects, ensuring a clear CAR process and enhancing business operations. You will collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost management. What Makes You Unique You have at least 4-5 years of experience in data-driven and finance-related roles, with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. You hold an academic background in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Control. You are skilled in handling large data sets and extracting insights using data analysis tools. You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and can communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. You are highly proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus. You communicate fluently in English and embrace diversity as a global citizen. You are a team player, inspiring others to excel.
