PSellmore, in partnership with a leading company in the Real Estate and property management sector, is seeking a bProject Manager /b with proven experience in managing complex projects, particularly in the hotel industry, for a significant renovation of a hotel located in Porta Maggiore, Rome. /ppThe ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations, serving as the main point of contact between the property owner, suppliers, and the construction team. /ppbMain activities and responsibilities: /b /ppbOverall Planning and Coordination: /b /pulliDefine and manage the project plan (schedule, costs, resources) from conception to closure. /liliCoordinate all project phases: detailed design, tendering, execution, and commissioning. /liliInterface with all internal and external stakeholders (ownership, construction management, safety coordinators, contractors, suppliers, public authorities). /li /ulpbTechnical and Quality Management: /b /pulliEnsure work compliance with specifications, detailed drawings, current regulations, and quality standards. /liliSupervise the physical progress of works on-site, promptly resolving technical and operational issues. /liliManage non-conformities and variations during construction. /liliEnsure proper documentation management of the project. /li /ulpbEconomic and Contractual Management: /b /pulliMonitor the project budget, costs, and manage accounting for works. /liliManage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, overseeing their execution and compliance. /liliAnalyze and approve progress reports (SAL). /li /ulpbSafety and Permits Management: /b /pulliEnsure strict adherence to safety regulations on-site (D.Lgs. 81/08). /liliSupervise activities of the Safety Coordinator during execution (CSE). /liliManage and monitor obtaining all necessary permits and authorizations (building, landscape, fire safety, etc.) in coordination with relevant authorities. /li /ulpbEducation: /b /ppDegree in Building/Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Management Engineering with specialization in construction. /ppbExperience: /b /ppMinimum 7-10 years as a Project Manager in the construction sector, with at least 3-5 years in complex hotel/hospitality renovation projects.
