For a client leader in industrial sector, we are searching for the IT Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, management cross-functional IT tasks including systems software, hardware, databases, data and voice networks, data processing operations, and user technology support, and conducing cost/vantaggi analysis for IT project. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: - Oversee daily EIT operations within the assigned country(s) or cluster, ensuring all infrastructure services are running smoothly and efficiently. - Manage and monitor EIT infrastructure and services to ensure availability and performance. - Coordinate and lead the local IT teams to deliver consistent and high-quality support. - Ensure the stability, availability and performance of IT services, acting as a local operational point of contact. - Oversee hardware, software, database, network (data and voice) and workplace technology environments. Incident and Problem Management: - Manage and resolve EIT incidents and problems in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and disruption to business operations, leveraging and connecting with global towers and sub-towers. - Implement and maintain incident and problem management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. Service Delivery: - Ensure EIT services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Monitor service delivery performance and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. - Act as the operational Service Owner for IT services, ensuring quality, reliability and customer satisfaction. - Identify and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Project Management: - Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, following global defined standards. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Vendor Management: - Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations. - Manage contracts performance and ensure the delivery of quality services. Financial Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the EIT operational budget for the assigned country(s) or cluster. - Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. - Conduct financial analysis related to IT operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies. - Provide financial forecasts and projections for IT projects and operational activities. Compliance and Security: - Ensure compliance with corporate EIT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. - Implement and maintain EIT security measures to protect organizational data and systems. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and develop the local IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members. Communication and Collaboration: - Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues within the assigned country(s) or cluster. - Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to ensure alignment with overall IT strategy and initiatives. Stakeholder Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for EIT-related issues within the assigned countries or cluster. - Engage and collaborate with local and regional IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall EIT strategy and initiatives. - Coordination of the resources available to support end users and projects.
