Ph3Interventional Cardiology Graduate Foundation Training Program /h3 pWe are currently looking for a high number of Graduates to join our Interventional Cardiology Division across multiple locations in Europe. This training program is designed to help train and develop Graduates that are looking to move into a commercial and clinical Medical Device environment. /p pSuccessful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed‑term contract, where they will learn and expand experience in the Interventional Cardiology field from our trained Sales and Support Representatives in a live environment. This will give you a first‑hand insight into the commercial world of Healthcare outside of a University setting. You will develop many competences while performing in a professional work situation. /p pThis role will be based around Bologna/Genoa, Italy and will require daily travel throughout the region. Successful candidates may be retained by Boston Scientific in the Interventional Cardiology or other technical divisions. The position will start in October 2026. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills. /li liBecome certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area. /li liAccompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting. /li liInteract with Healthcare professionals and patients in clinical interventions. /li liPlan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians. /li liEducate clinicians on a product franchise. /li liCommercially promote a product franchise. /li liContribute to the preparation and production of presentations and reports using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs. /li liConduct oneself as a regular full‑time member of the staff by accepting and adhering to BSC's rules and regulations and by engaging in professional and personable conduct at all times with staff and customers. /li liThe Graduate is also obligated to comply with any confidentiality and professional policies established by Boston Scientific. /li /ul h3Profile Requirements /h3 ul liBe a recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2025/2026) with a Biomedical, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of the heart and cardio. /li liBe fluent in English and Italian (C1). /li liHave planning, time‑management, strong communication and presentation skills. /li liHave completed a placement within a clinical, hospital or similar setting. /li liBe computer/technically savvy. /li liHave a desire to learn, be coached and develop within a commercial setting. /li liBe willing to travel across Italy or Europe and be away for up to a week at a time. /li liHold a current driving licence. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pThe recruitment process will include a telephone interview and, if selected, a virtual assessment interview. /p h3About Boston Scientific /h3 pBoston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
