Work Order Planning:
* Develop comprehensive work plans for routine, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across various refinery units (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, rotating equipment, piping, civil).
* Review and validate maintenance work requests, ensuring clarity, completeness, and proper prioritization.
* Define detailed job steps, required resources (manpower, materials, tools, equipment), special procedures, and necessary permits.
* Estimate labor hours, material costs, and equipment downtime for planned activities.
Resource Management & Optimization:
* Identify and procure necessary spare parts, consumables, and special tools in coordination with the procurement and warehousing teams.
* Collaborate with operations and maintenance supervisors to determine optimal timing for maintenance work to minimize operational impact.
* Ensure all necessary permits-to-work (PTW) are identified, prepared, and coordinated for planned jobs.
Documentation & System Management:
* Maintain and update maintenance master data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS - e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
* Create and revise equipment bills of material (BOMs), maintenance task lists, and standard job plans.
* Generate and maintain relevant planning and scheduling reports and KPIs.
Safety & Compliance:
* Integrate all relevant safety procedures, environmental regulations, and quality standards into maintenance work plans.
* Participate in HAZOPs, risk assessments, and pre-job safety meetings as required.
* Ensure compliance with refinery specific maintenance standards and best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
* Analyze completed work orders to identify opportunities for improvement in planning efficiency, cost reduction, and maintenance effectiveness.
* Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and reliability initiatives.
