What you’ll be doing Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner, without causing any damage to furniture or customers’ property. Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery to ensure that they know you’re on your way to their address. Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer and that we do not leave them with any rubbish to dispose of. Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners in everything that you do. Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve the standards of service we offer. The role is for you if… You’ve got great people and time management skills.
