What You Can Expect Assist in planning, executing, and reconciling logistics for events—virtual, physical, or hybrid—including sales & marketing meetings and congresses. Develop an in-depth understanding of the events environment, from planning to execution. Prepare event budgets, conduct research, analyze post-event activities, and support the design and facilitation of educational experiences for healthcare professionals. How You'll Create Impact Organize and participate in developing meeting goals and objectives under MedTech Europe guidelines and Zimmer Biomet compliance standards. Assist in planning congress booths and event logistics. Prepare preliminary, working, and final budgets. Negotiate contracts with hotels, conference centers, vendors, and service providers. Manage technology vendors for digital events, including setup and registration, acting as liaison among stakeholders. Ensure on-site event execution prioritizes customer experience. Align event outcomes with corporate goals and objectives. Develop event materials, manage food & beverage, schedules, housing, and participant registration processes. Coordinate with internal and external personnel, including senior management, vendors, and healthcare professionals. Handle post-event tasks such as invoicing, expense analysis, and success reporting. Work directly with surgeon educators, delegates, and marketing teams across regions. Administer engagement and financial processes using Medispend and Hive9 systems. Ensure participant registration accuracy via CVENT. Conduct learning needs assessments and evaluate instructional effectiveness. Maintain clear communication with project teams and subject matter experts to meet objectives. What Makes You Stand Out Education Degree or certification in meeting/congress planning, commercial education, or related fields. Professional Experience 3-5 years in meeting and congress planning. A mix of education and experience may be considered. Special Skills Proficiency with common software tools. Ability to develop programs aligned with strategic goals. Languages Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous. Your Background Strong communication skills in English. Excellent organizational and motivational abilities. Customer service orientation and team management skills. Interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders. Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems proactively. Proven success in education management roles. Knowledge of relevant medical fields is a plus.
