Your expertise will help shape innovative solutions, mentor other engineers, and continuously improve processes to deliver exceptional results. /p h3In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: /h3 ul liApply deep expertise in DeltaV and Ovation upgrades, Windows OS, virtualization, and infrastructure network architectures to support complex upgrade projects. /li liBuild strong relationships with Italian Services teams, establishing yourself as the country’s Upgrade Technical Expert. /li liOwn upgrade activities, leveraging resources and methodologies to reduce costs while meeting schedules and quality standards. /li liServe as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and innovative, cost-effective upgrade solutions. /li liSupport sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and contributing to scope definition, FEED studies, and project estimates. /li liStay informed on market trends and Emerson’s strategic direction, aligning upgrade capabilities to meet evolving business needs. /li liLead, train, and mentor other engineers, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration. /li /ul h3Who You Are: /h3 pYou build strong partnerships and communicate effectively across diverse teams, ensuring alignment and shared goals.
