Your Role

What Will You Do?
* Execute and drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Ground & Rail sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat and new business.
* Analyze market trends and competitors, adjusting your sales approach as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Apply persuasive negotiation skills and a problem‑solving mindset to overcome sales challenges.
* Embrace a competitive, results‑oriented attitude while working effectively within a team.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum five years of experience in sales, ideally within the transport sector with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Results‑driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* In‑depth knowledge of the Ground transport industry and market dynamics.
