Descrizione del lavoroAbout the RoleAs a CBRE Turner and Townsend Project Manager, we are seeking a bilingual Project Manager to join our team in Milan, working across a portfolio of global clients. The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.You will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account, helping to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.What You'll Do

Project Leadership: Manages project budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk throughout the entire project lifecycle.Document Interpretation: Proficiently reviews and interprets essential project documents such as contracts, leases, work letters, and drawings.Client Collaboration: Works directly with clients to define project requirements and create comprehensive project plans.Project Planning: Develops detailed scopes of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, quality control measures, and risk assessments.Resource Management: Selects and manages project teams, including subcontractors, through established processes.Team Leadership: Guides and directs project teams to achieve project goals.Communication & Reporting: Establishes and maintains clear communication channels, including regular meetings and comprehensive reports, to keep clients and project teams informed.Documentation & Compliance: Manages project documentation in accordance with company and client standards, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitors project progress against goals, budgets, and schedules, identifying and addressing any variances.Change Management: Manages change requests, assesses their impact, and secures client approvals, resulting in appropriate change orders.Risk Management: Proactively identifies project risks, develops mitigation plans, and implements strategies to minimize potential problems.
What You'll Need
Certified licenses of construction managementA degree in Building Surveying, Facility Management and Project ManagementMinimum of three years' experience in the management of building construction consultancy.Familiar with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project and a generally high level of computer literacy.Ability to work proactively and to coordinate multiple resources on multiple projects across a large geographical area.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and ItalianExcellent organizational and leadership skills.
