Job Description
The Quality Department of the Vezzano sul Crostolo plant is looking for a Plant Quality Manager who is eager to drive change, ensuring operational excellence and maximum satisfaction for our international partners.\n
As the Head of the Quality Team, you will be the reference point for maintaining the integrity of our standards. You will report to the Group Quality Manager and hold both strategic and operational responsibility for the department, coordinating Incoming Inspection, Internal Quality, and Customer Quality activities.

Responsibilities
- Coordination, management, and supervision of the Quality team (incoming inspection, internal quality, and customer quality) in order to optimize internal workflows and identify areas for improvement within the department;
- Collaboration with company management in defining Quality strategic plans and ensuring their implementation;
- Direct collaboration with the central Quality Management and Method function to ensure alignment with approaches and quality standards to be enforced within the assigned plant;
- Monitoring of the plant’s Quality KPIs on a regular basis, in collaboration with other managers and top management;
- Management of internal and external non-conformities (customer complaints), ensuring the effective implementation of appropriate problem-solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.);
- Participation in and coordination of product, process, and system Quality audits at the plant, conducted by internal auditors, external inspectors, customers, or other stakeholders;
- Management of the finished product sampling process for sales (customer PPAP);
- Collaboration with the Purchasing and Supplier Quality functions in supplier qualification processes (supplier ISIR);
- Participation in all phases of product and process development, working cross-functionally to complete D‑FMEA and P‑FMEA analyses and define the related Process Control Plans;
- Development and enhancement of team resources by identifying training needs, defining necessary actions, and establishing development plans;
- Management of the departmental budget plan.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in similar roles (Quality Management / Quality Engineering) and in comparable environments.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Analytical mindset and decision‑making autonomy.
