Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to provide expert support across corporate and contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while identifying legal risks and recommending mitigation actions.
- Implement group-level policies and procedures within Italy and globally, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide day-to-day legal guidance, supporting internal departments in reviewing and interpreting laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate in the preparation and review of internal procedures, ensuring legal compliance with group policies.
Litigation Support
- Assist in gathering documentation and preparing preliminary legal analyses for litigation or claims.
- Coordinate with external counsel for ongoing disputes or litigation, ensuring timely provision of information.
Labor Law Expertise
- Provide advice on labor and employment laws and compliance for the Human Resources function.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in law or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate or industrial legal practice, preferably in an international, manufacturing, or life sciences industry context.
- Strong knowledge of Italian corporate and contract law.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
