NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project: ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.The overall objective of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.Start date: 1 December 2025.Duration: 15 monthsData & Evaluation Methods ExpertRequirements:Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher,≥ 8 years in econometric analysis of FIs and market failures.Strong skills in ORBIS, PitchBook, and statistical data sources.Experience in evaluation design and impact measurement.Very good command of English.Interested candidates should submit their CV and a brief statement of interest to recruitment@ntu.eu on a rolling basis.
