Ready to play your part? You will join our
Headquarters in Florence, covering the role of
CRM Intern for a 6 months opportunity. You will participate to the
collection, analysis and report of data
regarding Ferragamo customers, which will help the Manager to define the marketing strategy, understanding the customer’s behaviours and supporting all the activities, with a focus on creating loyalty.
You’ll support the team in the following activities:
Managing daily operations regarding data quality, using specific tools Supporting the team in the
comprehension of the client and the business Developing
marketing tools
connected with
CRM & Clienteling activities Keeping track of the budget
allocated to various initiatives
What you'll bring Degree in Economics or similar. A master in fashion or luxury management will be considered a plus Excellent knowledge of Office Package ( high proficiency in Excel ) Attitude towards i nterpersonal relationships and teamwork Strong
analytical skills
and ability to interpret data Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment Fluency in
English (C1 level)
