Thanks to your HR perspective, you will contribute to growing the organizations you support by creating a lean and efficient organization, driving digitalized HR ways of working, promoting our company values, and building a transparent, motivated, and passionate team spirit. /p h3Main responsibilities and accountabilities: /h3 ul liProvide expert advice, guidance, and support to Managers on our company sites, focusing on the Rovereto production unit. /li liImplement global HR processes and initiatives. /li liManage recruitment and workforce planning, including handling recruitment agency contracts. /li liDefine employment contracts and general conditions. /li liOversee training and development programs, including those funded by the government. /li liManage union relations and change management initiatives. /li liSupport organizational and individual development. /li liHandle employee relations and address employee issues; support staff with daily requirements. /li liCoordinate with the internal payroll team to provide HR inputs for payroll processing. /li liEnsure all contractual and administrative requirements are fulfilled timely. /li liProvide legal and regulatory advice, ensuring compliance with policies and activities. /li liMaintain the accuracy of HR processes and data in HRIS Workday. /li liAdvocate HR programs and communicate the business values of HR initiatives. /li liImplement the HR agenda aligned with the company's people strategy and core values. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pWe seek a passionate HR professional, preferably with a university degree and at least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a production environment with union relations. /p pThe candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization, understanding core HR processes such as recruiting, learning development, compensation, performance management, leadership, change management, employee relations, and HR policies. /p pGood knowledge of the Italian labor framework is essential. /p pA positive attitude toward change and the ability to work autonomously while learning from others are important. /p pExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required. /p pWe value personal qualities like integrity, flexibility, open-mindedness, humility, and a positive attitude towards supporting others and fostering inclusivity.
