Experteer OverviewIn this ICQA Operations Manager role, you will own inventory control, quality assurance, and problem-solving within a fast-paced fulfilment centre. You will lead and develop a team of Area Managers and hourly staff, partnering with Operations to enforce policies, safety, and accuracy. Your work will drive defect reduction, inventory integrity, and timely, customer-focused fulfillment. The position sits at the heart of Amazon’s logistics network, offering impact through process discipline and data-driven improvements.
