Questa posizione è cruciale per Bolton perché il team di manutenzione ha la responsabilità di monitorare la qualità del servizio di manutenzione e supportare l’azienda nelle attività di ingegneria e progettazione in ambito manutentivo.
Come sarà la tua agenda
* Eseguire lavori di manutenzione su impianti meccanici
* Ispezionare periodicamente lo stato di impianti, macchine e automazioni
* Pianificare il calendario degli interventi di manutenzione programmata e preventiva
* Garantire che le attrezzature meccaniche siano mantenute in buono stato di funzionamento
* Assicurare che i macchinari rispettino le normative di sicurezza
* Intervenire tempestivamente in caso di guasto
* Riparare e sostituire componenti rotti o difettosi
* Verificare il funzionamento e l’efficienza dei macchinari riparati
* Documentare le attività di manutenzione
Il tuo team
Riporterai direttamente al Manager di manutenzione e collaborerai con l’intero team di manutenzione.
Cosa ti rende il candidato ideale
Formazione : diploma meccanico o simile
Competenze Tecniche
1. Conoscenza del funzionamento di impianti, sistemi e macchinari meccanici (tornio, fresa, trapano a colonna e vari utensili)
2. Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico meccanico
3. Capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici (non obbligatoria)
4. Competenza nell’uso del pacchetto Office
5. Capacità di saldatura TIG / elettrodo, in particolare per ripristino tubazioni
6. Manualità nell’esecuzione degli interventi di manutenzione
7. Lingua locale : Italiano

8. Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team con altri tecnici
9. Capacità analitiche e di problem solving
10. Rapidità di intervento nel rispetto di tutte le normative di sicurezza
11. Affidabilità e flessibilità

Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Area in our Home & Personal care Business Unit based in Nova Milanese, Italy.
How you make the difference
This position is crucial for Bolton because maintenance team has the ownership to monitor the quality of the maintenance service and support the company for engineering and design activities in the maintenance field.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
15. Carry out maintenance work on mechanical systems
16. Periodically inspect the status of plants, machines and automatisms
17. Plan the schedule of scheduled and preventive maintenance interventions
18. Ensure that mechanical equipment is kept in working order
19. Ensure that machinery complies with safety regulations
20. Intervene immediately in the event of a fault
21. Repair and replace broken or defective components
22. Check the operation and efficiency of the repaired machinery
23. Document maintenance activities
Your Team
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will collaborate with the entire maintenance team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
24. Education : mechanical diploma or similar
25. Technical Skills :
26. Knowledge of the operation of mechanical plants, systems and machinery (Lathe, milling machine, drill press and various tools)
27. Ability to read mechanical technical drawings
28. Ability to read wiring diagrams (not mandatory)
29. Competence in the use of office package software
30. TIG / electrode welding capability especially for piping restoration
31. Manual skill in performing maintenance tasks
32. Local language : Italian
33. Soft Skills :
34. Ability to work independently and as part of a team of technicians
35. Analytical skills and problem solving
36. Ability to work independently and as part of a team of technicians
37. Speed of intervention in compliance with all safety regulations
38. Reliability and flexibility
