GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform, a joint venture between Generali and Accenture, provides IT and Procurement services across the Group. Our goal is to accelerate innovation and digitization through Cloud and shared platforms. Based in Italy, with five branches across Europe, GOSP employs about 1,000 people. Role: CRO (Chief Risk Officer) The CRO is responsible for ensuring an integrated risk management system, defining risk strategies including appetite, limits, and mitigation, and monitoring and reporting risks, especially operational, digital, and cyber risks related to core business activities. The CRO supports Group risk management initiatives and collaborates across legal entities on risk identification, analysis, and mitigation, aiming to reduce operational risk losses. Main Tasks Improve internal controls by identifying new risk response options, particularly for cyber risks. Support specialized risk assessments on projects and emerging technologies. Assist in fulfilling reporting requirements for senior management. Drive risk identification, analysis, and mitigation actions, challenging existing practices. Coordinate risk alignment across involved legal entities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT and/or cybersecurity. Effective presentation skills. Knowledge of international standards such as ISO 31000, COBIT 2019, ITIL v3, ISO 27001. Preferred but not mandatory: experience in risk, compliance, or audit; knowledge of risk-based approaches; basic project management skills; professional certifications like CISA, CISM, ISO27001 LA, etc. Skills Team collaboration and strong listening/negotiation skills.
